Construction of the SAPS Provincial Office in Cape Town. The project comprises a 45 000m² construction area. The building has of a seven storeys, with a basement parking level, ground floor entrance and lobby area and five storeys of offices and ancillary spaces, also including extensive external civil works, landscaping & high security perimeter fencing.
